Tru2Go app for iPhone and iPad

The Truliant app makes online banking convenient and is easy to use on the go. It allows me to quickly access my account balances, deposit checks, and transfer funds.

Its a great way to check on accounts and also easy access on whats the balance on the card. Plus is a great way to transfer money if dont want to drive to the bank. It truly earn the 5 star for sure.

Tried it, used it, liked the simplicity and features (check deposits, transfer funds between accounts and simply checking my balance)!

I have been through a couple updates and it has improved after each one. Very easy to use and view account details.

There are no bells or whistles but it does exactly what I need it to do every single time! Great job Truliant.

I want to like the app but the features are way behind the times unfortunately. For example, it takes 1 month before deposits are allowed and then they limit you to no more than $1000 per deposit which is unacceptable and makes the app useless. Apple Pay would be nice as well as what other reviewers recommended.

I use this app all the time. Very convenient when traveling. ***I still use this app but have become less enthusiastic with the passing of time. Its unreliable. Pictures that are perfectly legible arent accepted by the app and I constantly get error messages that say there are "torn or folded edges" when there are none. Or "your account cannot be accessed at this time. Try again later". The most recent error message I received this morning was that "the picture of the back of the check didnt match the picture of the front of the check" and to retake it. Seriously? After several (and I do mean Several as in 8-10 tries) the app will finally accept the deposit but sometimes with the same picture it has rejected on 10 previous tries. I would give this app 5 stars if it wasnt so buggy and temperamental. ****UPDATE 08/22/2016 I didnt think it was possible but the latest update has rendered this app useless. It wont open at all over half the time now. Ive deleted and re added with no difference. When it opens, I think there have been improvements in the actual functions within the app, but this means absolutely nothing as I cant depend on the app opening when I need it to anymore.

This is a great app. Easy to use and navigate. Have never had issues with it unlike some of the other financial apps I have to use.

I have been using this company and the app for over two years. My business does a lot of check and square deposits and I have never had a mobile deposit problem. The Tru2Go app is a good app but absent the TouchID capability for logins with I-Phone & I-Pad that all other of my banking apps and several others have. I rarely use this app but use the others regularly and frequently.

While it is nice to not have to go to the Credit Union or ATM, this app is almost as inconvenient. I have to keep retaking pictures of both sides and most of the time it is the app cutting it off. Ive seen other apps for other financial institutions and 2 clicks holding the check in the air and they are done. Improve it and Ill give a good rating because the rest of the features work well.
